Announcing a lifestyle enhancement for the discriminating railfan

The Phoebe Snow Society is a social and recreational group for gay railfans around the world. Formed in 1977, the PSS has had as many as 537 members, of whom currently 323 are active. Members receive a quarterly newsletter with information about club activities and events, as well as personal information profiles from members who have chosen to submit them. The profiles are a good way to learn about other members in your area and those who share similar interests. There are usually PSS gatherings associated with major railfan events such as the NRHS convention.

The PSS also now runs an Internet mailing list for PSS members. This list provides a lively, ongoing discussion of railroad and gay issues.

We are always looking for new members. Local activities in several cities include railfanning, social get togethers, and other railroad-related activities.

The PSS maintains a low profile, to maintain the confidentiality of those members who request it. If you would like more information, send a request via e-mail, and we'll get more information to you.
